They are responsible for guiding clients through the entire implementation process, from initial lead generation to post-implementation support and customization.

Lead Management: Solution Partners are tasked with generating leads, conducting marketing activities, arranging meetings with prospective clients, and presenting xponeX to senior managers, including CEOs. They must also conduct thorough requirement studies, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and follow up to secure purchase orders.

Implementation: Once an order is received, Solution Partners conduct detailed process studies at the client's premises, collect data on organizational structure, users, departments, workflows, etc. They then configure business units, processes, workflows,1 forms, and formats to align with the client's specific requirements.
